• 3 ★: Please add an option to switch currency from local to USD, or at the very least default set currency to USD. I don't need to track price fluctuations in local currency, it's pointless. It's very frustrating to have to figure out the exchange rate every time I want to set a price alert or stop loss.
• 5 ★: It's been a week since I deposited. Their support is horrible, I did an error with the deposit reference (the money is not showing in my wallet) . I sent an email and payment documents it's been five days and no response. I don't recommend them (I'm just stuck between a bad place and a huge rock) , support is bad. Yesterday they credited my account. Thank you Luno.
• 1 ★: This new Android update is full of bugs ,on the trade page can't see the time of trades unless you turn screen then you can't see the actual trades ,also when refreshing page continuous getting msg that their is a problem .Then the prices on-top of the page is not corresponding to buy or sell price huge difference ,it's not keeping up with the actual trades. The previous version was by far better .
• 3 ★: The app is great. Sending, selling, buying coins, depositing, withdrawing from bank are all excellent. But receiving is hell. I don't know hy I have to create another wallet to receive instead of receiving directly to my wallets. Also me input amount to be received is irrelevant. I think the only thing needed is the address for receiving. I have pending coins sent to my wallets and are yet to reflect for over 24hrs. I also think you should allow coins to show in dollars value as Naira is showin.
• 1 ★: I am very disappointed with Luno, everytime when I want to verify and click buy there will pop up 'Mission Interrupted' even my submit verification got rejected and I can't submit back cause it showed 'Mission Interrupted' and ask me to contact support. I hope Luno will fix it. It's about people money you will lost your trust from public if this case still happen.
• 1 ★: I'm so disappointed with your feedback, this isn't encouraging at all, it's almost a month & my deposit hasn't reflected too too bad of a company as Luno, I downloaded my bank statement and it came with a password which I have also provided, it's showing me error anytime I try sending and you are making things worse by not having human representative's for easy user communication, how can I get my money back, there's absolutely no way I can send a bank statement without a password this is bad
• 4 ★: What I look out for is assigning each wallet with a personal bank account, and zero fee to deposit to wallet so one can fully have the amount he/she sends into the wallet directly from bank account . Also a more reduced charges. Secondly, I did not receive the ₦250 rewards of bitcoin for a referral as advertised, addition of more crypto currencies and free of charge in withdrawal so that meaning can be gotten from little trade making it more encouraging.
